Amy's Story
Amy has always had a heart for serving her community and a knack for building businesses that meet the needs of her neighbors. For 14 years, she worked as a professional dog trainer, turning her deep love for animals into a fulfilling career. In 2019, she founded Rocky Mountain Therapy Dogs, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing comfort and connection through canine companionship.
While her journey began with animals, Amy quickly discovered how much she loves working closely with people. That passion has followed her into every venture—including her newest: The Social Bite. After relocating from the beautiful Heber Valley to sunny St. George, Amy was inspired to create something that would bring people together and add a little extra magic to their celebrations. The result is a unique charcuterie cart experience designed to make any gathering more delicious and memorable.
When she’s not crafting custom grazing spreads, you’ll find Amy adventuring in the great outdoors with her loving husband and two energetic boys—soaking in the beauty of Southern Utah and savoring every moment together.
